About the artist
A practice built on patience.
Michaela Vreja is an independent contemporary artist based in Bucharest. Her practice moves between painting and sculptural installation, with a recurring fascination for stillness held inside movement. Her work has been shown in national exhibitions and travels internationally to Charles University, Prague in May 2026.
